If the mechanism of a tension does not provide a necessary tension of a belt or the bearing or a pulley of a tension roller is worn-out, replace the mechanism of a tension of a poliklinovy belt.

Switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery.

Establish a cap key on a shestigrannik of the mechanism of a tension, turn it clockwise for weakening of a tension of a belt and remove a belt from pulleys (fig. 2.16) . Slowly release the mechanism of a tension of a belt.

Turn out a bolt and a nut and remove the mechanism of a tension of a poliklinovy belt (fig. 2.17) .

Establish the new mechanism of a tension of a poliklinovy belt and fix it a bolt and a nut, having tightened them the demanded moment.

Establish poliklinovy a belt.
