All models are equipped with auxiliary system of safety (SRS — Supplemental Restrain System) better known, as safety cushions. The system consists of the sensors of blow established from the forward party of the car, safety cushions and the control unit and diagnostics, located about the central console.
During collision the pyrotechnic gas generator inflates a safety cushion emergency explosive process, providing complete filling before contact to the driver or the forward passenger. Then the safety cushion reacts to contact to the driver or the forward passenger partial reduction of pressure of the operation calculated according to physiologically acceptable pressure and braking forces, operating on the driver or the forward passenger. It is as a result warned or considerably the probability and weight of wounds of the head and a thorax decreases.
The safety cushion of the driver is established in the center of a steering wheel. For a signal transmission from the control unit to a safety cushion the spiral wire established on a steering column is used. The spiral wire transmits a signal irrespective of the provision of a steering wheel. The pyrotechnic gas generator will transform an operating electric signal to an arson signal therefore the powder decays, inflating a safety cushion bag.

. Safety cushion volume considerably bigger, than volume of a safety cushion of the driver. The decorative cover is painted in color of the dashboard and has a seam which is broken off at safety cushion operation.
The block of indication and diagnostics submits operating tension to safety cushions at collision even if the storage battery is disconnected as a result of blow. The block of diagnostics supervises safety system each time at engine start-up, thus in a combination of devices the signaling device which in some seconds dies away if the system is serviceable is lit. If in system there are malfunctions, the signaling device will blink and the sound signal will be distributed. In this case it is necessary to address as soon as possible on service station.

PREVENTION
Before work about sensors of blow, the dashboard and a steering column establish forward wheels for movement directly forward, switch off ignition, disconnect at first negative, and then positive the plug from the storage battery and wait for 2 minutes. It will exclude unauthorized disclosure of safety cushions and operation of natyazhitel of seat belts which can put injuries.
