The sensor of provision of a camshaft (CMP) defines position of the piston in the first cylinder and submits signals for consecutive injection of fuel to engine cylinders. The sensor is established on a head of the block of cylinders about a camshaft pulley (fig. 7.14, 7.15) .

Replacement of the sensor of provision of a camshaft (CMP) on models since 1998 carry out as follows:

– switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery;

– remove the case of the air filter ;

– disconnect the electric socket, turn out screws and remove the sensor.

Installation carry out to sequences, return to removal.
