Removal
Removal make in the following order:
– remove the oil pallet;

– turn out 2 nuts and 2 bolts (fig. 3.39) and remove a maslopriyemnik with a reflective plate and the mesh filter;
– support the engine from above and remove directing roller, a pulley of a poliklinovy belt from a cranked shaft, a gear belt and a pulley of a gear belt;

– turn out 12 bolts (fig. 3.40) and remove from the block of cylinders a forward cover with the case of the oil pump;

– turn out two bolts 1 (fig. 3.41) and uncover the case of the oil pump. Remove a conducted gear wheel 5 (fig. 3.42) of the oil pump and sealing laying 4 round sections;

– fix a pulley of the oil pump in a vice with soft sponges and turn out a nut of fastening of a pulley (fig. 3.43) . Remove a shaft of the oil pump with a leading gear wheel;
– a firm plastic or wooden scraper clear of the remains of old laying and hermetic privalochny surfaces of the case of the oil pump and a cover;
– remove a lock ring of fastening of the reduktsionny valve, a spring saddle, a spring and the piston of the reduktsionny valve.
Check
Clear all details of the oil pump and examine them on absence of damages.
Examine the piston of the reduktsionny valve on lack of wear and задиров. Otherwise replace in a set the piston of the reduktsionny valve and a spring.
Edge щупа check a gap between a conducted gear wheel of the pump and the case. Nominal rate of a gap of 0,10-0,16 mm, maximum permissible value – 0,20 mm. If the gap exceeds maximum permissible value, replace conducted and conducting gear wheels of the oil pump in a set and the case of the oil pump.

Edge щупа check a gap between a conducted and leading gear wheel of the pump (fig. 3.44) . Nominal rate of a gap of 0,04-0,16 mm, maximum permissible value – 0,20 mm. If the gap exceeds maximum permissible value, replace conducted and conducting gear wheels of the oil pump in a set.
Installation
Installation make in the following order:
– an edge of a screw-driver take old and establish a new sealing ring in a cover of the oil pump. Grease a working edge of a sealing ring with fresh engine oil;
– similarly replace a sealing ring in the case of the oil pump. Grease a working edge of a sealing ring with fresh engine oil;
– establish new sealing laying of round section in the case of the oil pump;
– grease with fresh engine oil a conducted gear wheel of the oil pump and establish it in the case so that the label on a gear wheel settled down from a cover of the oil pump;
– grease with fresh engine oil the bearing and a shaft of a leading gear wheel and establish a shaft in the case. Establish on a shaft a pulley and fix it a nut, having tightened it the moment of 24 N • m;
– establish a cover of the oil pump and fix it two bolts the in length of 16 mm, having tightened them the moment of 9 N • m;
– grease with fresh engine oil the piston of the reduktsionny valve and establish all details of the valve in the case of the oil pump;
– check that directing plugs are established in the block of cylinders.
– establish laying on directing plugs;
– establish the case of the oil pump and fix bolts, having tightened them for some passes by the moment of 9 N • m;
– establish with new laying or a sealing ring a maslopriyemnik with a reflective plate and the mesh filter and fix bolts and nuts, having tightened them the moment of 5,5 N • m (see fig. 3.39 ).
Further installation carry out to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Fill in in the engine engine oil.
Start up the engine and check pressure of oil and absence of leaks.
Check level of engine oil.
