Removal of a head of the block of cylinders carry out on the cold engine in the following order:
– switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery;
– dump pressure in fuel system;
– merge cooling liquid from the block of cylinders and a radiator;
– merge from the engine engine oil and turn out the oil filter;
– remove the distributive fuel highway and nozzles;
– remove inlet and final collectors;
– remove a gear belt, a pulley of a camshaft and a tension roller of a gear belt;

– turn out bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt 5
– disconnect the sensor of provision of a camshaft;
– remove camshafts 12, 49 and pushers;
– mark and disconnect the remained branch pipes of system of cooling, a tube, a cable, hoses and wires;

– a six-sided key «on 8 mm» in sequence, return to a tightening, gradually weaken, and then turn out completely bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders
– remove a head from the block of cylinders. If the head sits very densely, the lever from outside, opposite to a gear belt, separate a head from the block of cylinders.
At installation of a head of the block it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening.
All clips and collars which at removal will be damaged or cut, at installation of a head of the block replace with the new.
At replacement of a head of the block in system of cooling fill in fresh cooling liquid.
Privalochnye surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders should be absolutely pure. For their cleaning use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. When cleaning be careful, as the aluminum alloy is very easy for damaging. Be convinced that the deposit did not get to canals of system of greasing and cooling. It is especially important for greasing system as the deposit can block supply of oil to engine details. If necessary clean channels.
Check privalochny surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders: on them there should not be notches, deep scratches and other damages. It is possible to eliminate small defects with machining. At major defects of a detail are subject to replacement.
Tap clear a carving of openings for bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in the block. Clear openings under bolts in the block. Vvorachivaniye of a bolt in the opening filled with oil can break off the block because of hydraulic pressure.
Establish details and knots which acted in film from a head of the block of cylinders.
Check that directing plugs are established in the block of cylinders.
New laying of a head of the block of cylinders is necessary for taking from packing directly ahead of installation.
Establish laying on directing plugs, thus an inscription of "top" it should be directed to a head.
Establish a head of the block of cylinders.
Put on a carving of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders a thin layer of engine oil, insert bolts and tighten them by hand.
In the sequence shown in
, in two stages, tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders:
The 1st — tighten the moment of 49 N • m;
The 2nd — tighten on a corner 90 °.
Further it is not required additional pulling up of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
Further installation of a head of the block of cylinders is carried out to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Check and if necessary adjust gaps of valves.
Fill in cooling liquid.
Establish the new oil filter and fill in in the engine engine oil.
Start up the engine and check on absence of leaks.
Adjust the ignition moment.
Carry out road tests of the car.
