Removal
Switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery.
Remove a cowl.
Remove a broad tank.
On release models till 2001 weaken a lock-nut and remove a cable cover from an arm of throttle knot. Disconnect a cable from butterfly valve sector.
Remove a starter.
Mark and disconnect all electric sockets from a transmission.
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a wire of "weight".
Turn out bolts of fastening of a transmission available from above to the engine.
Establish over a motor compartment a cross-piece and a chain for an eye fix a transmission to a cross-piece.
Turn out a bolt of fastening of the left support of a transmission.
Weaken nuts of fastening of power shafts to naves of forward wheels.
Tighten the parking brake and block back wheels. Lift a forward part of the car and establish it on support. Remove forward wheels.
Remove a mudguard of a motor compartment.
Unscrew a nut of fastening of a cable of the selector and disconnect it from the lever of a choice of transfers on the forward party of a transmission.
Remove a clip and remove a cable cover from an arm on a transmission.
Merge transmission liquid from a transmission.
Remove power shafts.
Remove a reception exhaust pipe.
Mark and disconnect all electric sockets available from below from a transmission.
Disconnect from a transmission the hoses going to an oil radiator. Close the ends of hoses plastic jams.
Turn out a bolt of fastening of the steering mechanism to the bottom cross-section beam. A soft wire fix steering transfer on a beam established across a motor compartment.
On models since 2001 remove a cap, closing an opening for access to the hydrotransformer, then paint note position of the hydrotransformer and a drive plate.
On models 1996 and 1997 of years disconnect a selector cable from the bottom cross-section beam.
On models since 2001 disconnect earrings of the stabilizer of cross-section stability from the stabilizer.
Remove the bottom cross-section and longitudinal beams.

On models till 2001 turn out bolts and remove a rigidity plate

On models till 2001 paint note position of the hydrotransformer and a drive plate.
Turn out bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer. For access to each subsequent bolt turn a cranked shaft of the engine in the direction of its working rotation for the central bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
Support a transmission a transmission jack.
Turn out the remained bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine, thus note an arrangement of bolts as they have various length.
Take away a transmission from the engine and check that the hydrotransformer is separated from a drive plate. Captures fix the hydrotransformer, lower and remove a transmission.
Installation
Installation make in sequence, return to removal taking into account the following.
Combine labels on the hydrotransformer and the drive plate, put before removal.
Fill in transmission liquid in a transmission.
Adjust a selector cable, and a cable of management of a butterfly valve (on models till 2001).
