Replacement of knot of management

Prevention

PREVENTION Cars are equipped with the systems of safety (SRS) including safety cushions and natyazhitel of seat belts. Before work about sensors of blow, the dashboard and a steering column disconnect at first negative, and then positive the plug from the storage battery and wait for 2 minutes. It will exclude unauthorized disclosure of safety cushions and operation of natyazhitel of seat belts which can cause traumas.

Switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery.

Remove the central overlay of the dashboard.

On release cars till 2001 remove a ware box and the bottom central overlay of the dashboard. Remove handles of management and the control panel heating and conditioning.

On release cars since 2001 remove a radio receiver and the bottom left panel from the central console.

Disconnect management cables from levers and a cover of cables from clips on knot of management of heating and air central air.

Turn out the screws located on the forward party of knot of management (fig. 4.22, 4.23) .

Take from the dashboard knot of management of heating and air central air together with the wires connected to it and cables.

Installation make in sequence, return to removal.

Get the engine and check functioning of systems of heating and air conditioning.

To adjust a cable of management of zaslonky supply of air in car salon, establish a control lever in the situation RECIRC, connect a cable and fix a cable cover a clip.

To adjust a cable of management of the air temperature submitted to salon of the car, establish a control lever in the situation COOL, connect a cable and fix a cable cover a clip.

To adjust a cable of management of distribution of streams of air, establish a control lever in the situation DEF, connect a cable and fix a cable cover a clip.

To adjust a cable of management of the air temperature submitted to salon of the car, establish a control lever in the situation MAX COOL, connect a cable and fix a cable cover a clip.

To adjust a cable of management of distribution of streams of air, move a control lever against the stop in the direction to a back part of the car. Connect to the lever a cable and fix a cable cover a clip.
