Replacement make in the following order:

– remove a transmission;

– remove a drive flywheel/plate;

– note situation and depth of installation of an old sealing ring;

– the special tool or a big screw-driver get a sealing ring from the block of cylinders (fig. 3.96) . For simplification of removal of a sealing ring a sharp knife cut off a working edge from the reinforced basis on all perimeter of a sealing ring. Be careful not to damage a nest of a sealing ring and a cranked shaft;

– clear a nest of a sealing ring and a neck of a cranked shaft. Grease with engine oil an external surface and a working edge of a sealing ring;

– a tubular opravka, with external diameter a little smaller external diameter of a ring, establish a sealing ring into place (fig. 3.97) . Check that the ring is established without a distortion and on the same depth, as earlier established ring;

– establish a drive flywheel/plate;

– establish a transmission.
