Removal of the pump of the amplifier of a steering for models till 2001 make as follows.

Switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery.

Syringe pump out liquid from a tank of the amplifier of a steering.

Establish under a motor compartment the reception pallet for collecting liquid.

Tighten the parking brake and block back wheels an emphasis.

Lift the car on the lift, remove protection of a motor compartment.

Remove forward section of system of production of the fulfilled gases.

Remove tips of steering drafts from rotary fists and turn out a bolt of fastening of the steering mechanism to a cross-section beam, then turn out bolts and remove a cross-section beam of a forward suspension bracket (see fig. 13.15 ).

Weaken sharnirny and tightening bolts, move the pump of the amplifier of a steering to the engine and remove a belt of a drive of the pump (fig. 13.17) .

Weaken a collar and disconnect a hose of return of liquid from the pump;

cap key turn out the union of a delivery hose from the pump (fig. 13.18) .

Disconnect two vacuum hoses from the pump.

Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of the pump and remove the pump (fig. 13.19) ;

if necessary turn out nuts and remove the pump from an arm.

Installation of the pump carry out to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Adjust tension of a belt of a drive of the pump.

Add liquid in a tank of the amplifier of a steering and remove air from hydraulic system.

Removal of the pump of the amplifier of a steering for models since 2001 make as follows:

Switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery.

Syringe pump out liquid from a tank of the amplifier of a steering.

Establish under a motor compartment the reception pallet for collecting liquid.

Remove a belt of a drive of the pump of the amplifier of a steering.

Tighten the parking brake and block back wheels an emphasis.

Weaken nuts of fastening of the right forward wheel.

Lift a forward part of the car and establish on support.

Remove the right forward wheel and an antisplash guard of an arch of the right forward wheel.

Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of pressure of the amplifier of a steering.

Turn out a hollow bolt and disconnect a delivery hose from the pump.

Weaken a collar and disconnect a hose of return of liquid from the pump.

Turn out the bottom bolt, then weaken the top bolt and remove the pump of the amplifier of a steering from the engine (fig. 13.20) .

Installation of the pump carry out to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following:

At installation of a hollow bolt of fastening of a delivery hose use new sealing laying.

Establish a wheel, screw nuts, lower the car and tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel.

Establish a belt of a drive of the pump and adjust its tension.

Add liquid in a popolnitelny tank of the amplifier of a steering and remove air from hydraulic system.
