Removal of tips of steering drafts make as follows.

Tighten the parking brake and block back wheels an emphasis.

Weaken nuts of fastening of a forward wheel. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on support. Remove a forward wheel.

Take шплинт and weaken, but do not turn out completely, a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist (fig. 13.10) .

Passatizhami or a wrench keep from a provorachivaniye steering draft and turn out a lock-nut of a tip of steering draft on some turns, then paint note the provision of the end of a tip on steering draft.

Stripper squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist (fig. 13.11) .

Turn out a nut and remove a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist.

Turn out a tip of steering draft from steering draft.

Installation of a tip of steering draft make as follows:

Screw a tip of steering draft on steering draft to a mark put before removal.

Insert a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft into a rotary fist. Tighten a lock-nut of a tip of steering draft.

Screw a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist, tighten it the moment of 36 N • m also establish new шплинт. If the opening in a pin for шплинта does not coincide with grooves on a nut, tighten a nut (do not turn out) before situation while grooves on a nut will not be on one line with an opening.

Establish a wheel, screw nuts, lower the car and tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel.

Check and if necessary adjust corners of installation of wheels.
