On models till 2001 remove шплинт, unscrew a nut and separate a pin of the spherical hinge of the top lever from a back rotary fist

. If the pin of the spherical hinge does not separate manually, take it by means of a stripper.

On models till 2001 unscrew a nut and take a bolt of fastening of the top lever to an arm on the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket

Unscrew a nut and take a sharnirny bolt of internal fastening of the top lever.
Remove the top cross-section lever from the car.
Check a lever condition. On it there should not be cracks and deformations. The plug should not have wear, stratification and rubber hardening.
On models till 2001 check a condition of the spherical hinge of the top cross-section lever for what fix the lever in a vice. Reject against the stop in one and other party a pin of the spherical hinge, then screw a nut on a pin. A Dinamometrichesky key turn a pin of the spherical hinge (one turn for 2–4 c), and on the fifth turn measure a torque of a provorachivaniye which m should be not less than 0,7 N •. Otherwise replace the top cross-section lever.
Installation make in sequence, return to removal.
