Before installation of the new main brake cylinder check a gap between a pusher of the vacuum amplifier and the piston of the main brake cylinder (see fig. 11.41 ). If necessary adjust length of a pusher.

Before installation of the main brake cylinder fill in in it brake liquid and remove air for what fix the main brake cylinder in a vice and close exhaust outlets of the main brake cylinder carving jams.

Fill in in a tank pure brake liquid.

Turn out one stopper and, moving the piston in the main brake cylinder, squeeze out from it air.

Before an otpuskaniye of the piston screw into place a carving stopper.

Repeat operation on air removal until the opening will not leave only pure brake liquid without air vials. Repeat operation on air removal from the main brake cylinder on the second exhaust outlet.

Establish the main brake cylinder with new laying on hairpins of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and fix nuts, having tightened them at this stage by hand.

Turn out from the main brake cylinder carving jams and on their place establish brake tubes.

Finally tighten nuts of fastening of the main brake cylinder.

Fill in brake liquid in a compensatory tank of brake system.

Connect the electric socket to the sensor of level of brake liquid.

Remove air from the main brake cylinder, got there at installation of brake tubes. Sharply press a brake pedal, unscrew on a half of turn a nut of fastening of a brake tube to the main brake cylinder at the pressed pedal (fig. 11.36) . Continuing to press a pedal, force out the liquid which was in system together with air. After the pedal will reach extreme forward situation and the effluence of liquid will stop, wrap a nut of fastening of a brake tube. Repeat these operations, the air outlet from the main brake cylinder will not stop yet.
