Switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery.
Remove a broad tank of system of cooling.
On the car standing on wheels, weaken nuts of fastening of power shafts to naves.
Remove the working cylinder of coupling together with a tube of supply of liquid.
Do not press a coupling pedal at the removed working cylinder of coupling.
Disconnect electric sockets from the switch of lamps of a backing and the sensor of speed of the car.
Turn out a bolt and disconnect a wire of connection with "weight" from a transmission.
Disconnect management cables from a transmission.
Release clips of fastening of plaits of wires to the engine and a transmission and take wires aside.
Remove a starter.
Fix a transmission to the engine, having hooked on one hook of a chain for an eye at a transmission end face, and the second hook — for an opening in an end face of a head of the block of cylinders.

Turn out the top bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine
(fig. 9.4, 9.5)
. Note an arrangement of arms which fasten these bolts.
Turn out a bolt of fastening of the left support of the power unit to a transmission.
Lift the car on the lift. Remove forward wheels and the bottom protective guard of a motor compartment.
Merge oil from a transmission.
Remove power shafts.
Remove a reception exhaust pipe.
At existence, disconnect hoses of an oil radiator from a transmission. Close the ends of hoses plastic jams.
Turn out a bolt of fastening of the steering mechanism to the bottom cross-section beam. A soft wire fix steering transfer on a beam established across a motor compartment.
Remove the bottom cross-section and longitudinal beams.
On release models till 2001 remove a plate of rigidity and a plate from a back end face of the engine.
Support a transmission a transmission jack.
Remove the left support of a transmission and its arm.

Turn out the bottom bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine
(fig. 9.6, 9.7)
Be convinced that all hoses and wires are disconnected from a transmission.
Lower the left side of the engine together with a transmission, then move a transmission from the engine and, after an exit of primary shaft from a nave of a disk of coupling, lower and remove a transmission.
Check a condition of details of coupling, replace worn-out details. It is recommended to replace a coupling disk at each removal of a transmission.
Installation make in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Clear a shlitsevy part of primary shaft of a transmission and grease with a thin layer of high-temperature greasing. The layer of greasing should be thin and uniform, differently at coupling work excessive greasing will be rejected on working surfaces of coupling that can break its work.
Move a transmission to the engine so that primary shaft of a transmission entered in a shlitsa of a conducted disk of coupling. For combination of shliyets of primary shaft of a transmission with shlitsa of a conducted disk of coupling, probably, it is necessary to turn a cranked shaft of the engine slightly. At installation of a transmission do not allow a box to lean primary shaft on a coupling disk.
Having moved a transmission forward, establish a coupling case on directing plugs of the block of cylinders.
Tighten bolts of fastening of a transmission the demanded moment.
Fill in oil in a transmission.
