Removal of the fuel pump make as follows.

Dump pressure in fuel system.

Remove a stopper from a jellied mouth of a fuel tank.

Switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery.

For access to the block of the fuel pump/sensor of level remove a back seat and a cover closing an opening for service of the fuel pump / fuel level sensor (fig. 5.6, 5.7) .

Disconnect the electric socket from the block of the fuel pump/fuel level sensor. Disconnect fuel hoses and, at existence, the electric socket of the sensor of pressure паров fuels.

Turn out bolts of fastening of a cover of the block of the fuel pump/fuel level sensor.

Being careful, take the block of the fuel pump/fuel level sensor from a fuel tank. On models since 2001 of release after the block of the fuel pump/fuel level sensor leaves a fuel tank, from the bottom party of the block disconnect an auxiliary hose of absorption of fuel (fig. 5.8) .

Disconnect the electric socket from the fuel pump.

Remove the fuel pump from the block.

On models till 2001 weaken a collar and remove a hose, then take the lower part of the pump from an arm (fig. 5.9) .

On models since 2001 disconnect the fuel level sensor , moving the pump from a plate of absorption of fuel.

Remove the fuel filter and an absorption plate from clamps.

Disconnect the electric socket from the fuel pump.

Remove the top arm and a fuel tube from pump clamps (fig. 5.10) , disconnect a belt of fastening of the fuel pump (fig. 5.11) and separate the pump from the block.

Edge of a thin screw-driver remove a zabornik of fuel and a rubber pillow from the lower part of the fuel filter.

Remove a spring clip and remove from the fuel pump the mesh filter (fig. 5.12) .

Installation of the fuel pump carry out as it should be, the return to removal.
