Removal
Removal of a final collector carry out on the cold engine in the following order:
– switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery;
– release from clips of a wire of the sensor of oxygen. If the new final collector is established, remove the oxygen sensor.

– turn out bolts

and remove the thermofilter of a final collector;
– put on nuts of fastening of a final collector the means facilitating them an otvorachivaniye;
– disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a final collector;

– turn out nuts and bolts

and remove a support of a final collector. On some models are established on two support of a final collector;

and remove a final collector and laying.
Installation
Installation make in the following order:
– with a scraper remove the remains of old laying and soot adjournment from privalochny surfaces of a final collector and a head of the block of cylinders;
– establish new laying of a final collector on hairpins of a head of the block of cylinders;
– establish a final collector and fix it nuts. Tighten nuts in some approaches, since the center and further on a spiral.
Further installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
Start up the engine and check on absence of leakages of the fulfilled gases.
