Removal

Removal make in the following order:

– remove a transmission. Check and if necessary replace a forward sealing ring of a transmission;

– note a marker or paint the provision of coupling assembled in relation to a flywheel;

– using the special tool or a screw-driver, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block it from a provorachivaniye;

– gradually on a diagonal weaken bolts of fastening of coupling assembled, turning each bolt on a half of turn until it will be terminated a spring, and bolts can be unscrewed manually;

– remove press and conducted coupling disks. Check a coupling condition;

– note a marker or paint the provision of a flywheel in relation to a cranked shaft;

– using the special tool or a screw-driver, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block it from a provorachivaniye;

– turn out bolts and, being careful, remove a drive flywheel / plate from a cranked shaft. On cars with an automatic transmission, from two parties of a plate of a drive there are adjusting plates which it is necessary to hold together with a drive plate (fig. 3.45) .

Installation

On models with a mechanical transmission check a flywheel on wear from coupling and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel.

If there is a wear of a surface of the flywheel contacting to a disk of coupling, a flywheel it is necessary перешлифовать.

Check a condition of a back sealing ring of a cranked shaft. If there are leakages of oil, replace a sealing ring.

Place a drive flywheel / plate opposite to a cranked shaft and combine the labels put before removal. On some engines for orientation and fixing of a flywheel there is a shponka or openings for fastening of a flywheel are located at different distances one from another. Put on a carving of bolts of fastening of a flywheel / plate of a drive the kontrovochny structure interfering their self-unscrewing (blocking liquid).

Using the special tool or a screw-driver, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block it from a provorachivaniye and gradually, cross-wise tighten bolts of fastening the moment of 83-88 N • m.

Further installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
