Removal

Removal make in the following order:

– switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery;

– tighten the parking brake and establish an emphasis under back wheels;

– lift a forward part of the car and establish on support;

– remove an antisplash guard of a motor compartment;

– merge from the engine engine oil and turn out the oil filter;

– remove the index (щуп) oil level;

– turn out 3 nuts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector and 2 bolts of fastening of the catalyst to other part of system of production of the fulfilled gases;

– turn out 2 bolts of fastening of an arm and remove a reception exhaust pipe together with an arm;

– remove a support of a final collector;

– turn out bolts (fig. 3.37) and remove the forward support of the power unit located about a radiator of system of cooling;

– turn out bolts and remove the oil pallet. If the oil pallet sits strongly, separate it from the block of cylinders, having inserted between them a screw-driver edge, thus do not damage privalochny surfaces of the pallet and the block of cylinders.

Installation

Firm plastic or wooden scraper clear of the remains of old laying and hermetic privalochny surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.

Check that carving openings for bolts of fastening of the oil pallet in the block of cylinders pure and have no carving damages.

Check a flange of the oil pallet, especially about openings for bolts, on lack of the deformed sites. If necessary level a privalochny surface of the pallet a hammer on wooden whetstone.

Check fastening of a maslozaborny tube and lack of cracks in it. If the maslozaborny tube acted in film, clear it and establish with a new sealing ring or laying. Check on absence of pollution the mesh filter of a maslozabornik.

Put on a privalochny surface of the oil pallet a RTV hermetic layer in diameter of 5 mm (fig. 3.38) .

Establish the oil pallet on the block of cylinders and fix bolts, tightening them consistently around in some passes.

Further installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Before filling of engine oil wait 1 h in order that hermetic managed to harden.

NOTE It is necessary to establish the oil pallet during 5 mines after hermetic drawing.

Establish the new oil filter and fill in in the engine engine oil.

At installation of a reception exhaust pipe use new laying.

Start up the engine and check on absence of leaks.
