Tighten the parking brake and block back wheels an emphasis.

Weaken nuts of fastening of a forward wheel. Lift a forward part of the car and establish it on support. Remove a forward wheel.

Take шплинт from a pin of the spherical hinge and weaken a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge to a rotary fist.

Mount or stripper separate a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist (fig. 12.14) . Unscrew, as far as possible, a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge. The gap between a pin of the spherical hinge and the CV JOINT of a shaft of a drive of a wheel small also does not allow to unscrew a nut at one time. Therefore act as follows: unscrew a nut on 1–2 turns and wring out down the spherical hinge, again unscrew a nut on 1–2 turns and wring out down the spherical hinge, and so to a full otvorachivaniye of a nut.

Turn out a bolt and two nuts of fastening of the spherical hinge to the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket (see fig. 12.11 ). Mount separate the spherical hinge from the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket and remove from the car.

Insert a pin of the spherical hinge into an opening of a rotary fist and screw a nut on a pin.

Establish the bottom lever on the spherical hinge and fix it a bolt and nuts, having tightened them the moment specified in specifications.

Tighten a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge to a rotary fist and establish new шплинт. If the opening in a pin for шплинта does not coincide with grooves on a nut, tighten a nut towards a tightening while grooves on a nut will coincide with an opening.

Further installation make in sequence, return to removal.
