The main EFI relay of electronic system of injection of fuel (EFI — Electronic Fuel Injection) submits tension to the fuel pump. The relay copes on two electric chains. On the first chain management is carried out from the control unit by the engine (PCM), and on the second — from the ignition lock. If after inclusion of ignition start of the engine is not carried out, PCM will disconnect the relay of the fuel pump through 2 pages. Further, at engine start, after the first impulse from the sensor of provision of a camshaft of the relay turns on the fuel pump.
Nozzles open on PCM signals individually in sequence of an operating procedure of cylinders. PCM operates time of opening of nozzles (duration of an impulse) which defines amount of the fuel submitted to cylinders of the engine.
The switchboard on models from 1996 to 1998 will transform operating impulses of PCM to current impulses in primary winding of the coil of ignition. PCM uses signals from various sensors to calculate demanded installation of an advancing of ignition and time of accumulation of energy in the ignition coil.
The valve of a control system of frequency of rotation of idling (IAC — Idle Air Control) operates amount of the air arriving in cylinders of the engine on frequency of rotation of idling.
The vacuum valve (VSV) of the monitoring system of allocation паров fuels (EVAP) – the electromagnetic valve operated PCM for cleaning of the fuel coal filter and giving паров fuels to an inlet collector for their burning. This valve also call the regulating valve of cleaning.
