Wrap up shlitsa of the internal end of a shaft of a drive a sticky tape not to damage a protective cover about sharp sides of shliyets of a shaft.

Pull a collar and a protective cover over a drive shaft.

Establish трипоид on a shlitsa of a shaft of a drive and fix it a lock ring. Grease трипоид and an internal surface of the case of the hinge. Insert the hinge into the case and fill it with the greasing remains.

Put on the hinge a protective cover, thus check, that seats of a cover were established in the grooves intended for them.

Measure length of a shaft of a drive which should correspond to the length specified in specifications (fig. 10.8) .

Fix a protective cover collars, a screw-driver previously having raised internal edge of a cover for alignment of pressure of air under a cover.

The special tool is necessary for fixing of collars (fig. 10.9) . Sponges of the tool establish on corners of a clip of a collar and in this situation tighten sponges the screw.

Establish a drive shaft on the car.
