Removal of the main cylinder of coupling make as follows:

Switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery.

Under the dashboard disconnect a pusher from the top part of a pedal of coupling. The pusher fastens a pin with a head on the one hand and an opening for шплинта, on the other hand.

If the car is equipped with system cruise control, remove a control unit casing cruise control, turn out 3 screws and take the block aside.

By means of a clip press at small distance from a tank of brake system a hose of supply of liquid to the main cylinder of coupling.

Disconnect a hose from the main cylinder of coupling and, rags, collect the flowed-out brake liquid.

Turn out a connecting nut and disconnect from the main cylinder of coupling a tube transferring pressure of liquid to the working cylinder (fig. 8.2) .

Otvorachivaniye of a connecting nut see off a cutting cap key not to damage a side on a nut.

Under the dashboard from the driver turn out 2 nuts and remove the working cylinder of coupling.

PREVENTIONS The brake liquid used in hydraulic system of brakes, is poisonous, therefore at its hit on skin it is necessary to wash out immediately this place a large amount of water. Besides, brake liquid dissolves paint and plastic therefore at liquid hit on a paint and varnish covering of the car wash out it a large amount of water.

Installation of the main cylinder of coupling make as follows:

Establish the main cylinder of coupling on a partition of a motor compartment and fix nuts, having tightened them by hand.

Connect to the main cylinder of coupling a tube and fix it a connecting nut.

Connect to the main cylinder of coupling a hose from a filling tank.

Tighten nuts of fastening of the main cylinder of coupling the moment of 12 N · m.

Connect a pusher to a coupling pedal.

Remove a clip which pressed a hose connecting a tank of brake system to the main cylinder of coupling.

Add brake liquid in a tank of brake system and remove air from a hydraulic drive of coupling.
