Remove a lock ring from the internal CV JOINT and establish a new ring

Grease shlitsa of the internal CV JOINT with transmission oil.
Grease working edges of a sealing cuff of differential and, having combined a shlitsa on a shaft and a semi-axial gear wheel of differential, insert a drive shaft into a transmission before fixing it a lock ring.
If the power or intermediate shaft with the basic bearing is established, screw bolts of fastening of an arm of the basic bearing or establish a lock ring.
Grease shlitsa of the external CV JOINT and, moving a rotary fist in the direction to the car, insert a shaft into a nave.
Establish the bottom cross-section lever of a forward suspension bracket on the spherical hinge of a rotary fist and fix it a bolt and nuts.
Nut fix the spherical hinge of steering draft on a rotary fist.
Screw a nut of fastening of a shaft of a drive to a nave. On models since 2001 it is necessary to use a new nut. Previously tighten a nut rather strongly.
Having undertaken the internal CV JOINT, but not for a drive shaft, be convinced that the shaft of a drive is reliably fixed in a transmission.
Establish a wheel and fix it nuts. Lower the car.
On the car standing on wheels, tighten a nut of fastening of a shaft of a drive to a nave the moment of 216 N • m. On models till 2001 screw a lock-nut and shplinty fix it from an otvorachivaniye. On models since 2001 a hammer and a punch hammer a nut fillet into a groove of a shaft of a drive.
Fill in oil in a transmission.
