       PREVENTION
At work of coupling the dust with the content of asbestos is formed, unhealthy therefore when cleaning coupling do not use the compressed air and do not inhale a dust. Details of coupling clear of a dust with means use for cleaning of brakes or methyl alcohol, and then wipe dry.

Removal of a conducted disk of coupling make as follows:
Remove the working cylinder of coupling and a soft wire fix on a body, without disconnecting from it a tube.
Remove a transmission. The fork and the bearing of switching off of coupling can remain established on a transmission.
To support a coupling disk in the course of removal, establish in a disk nave a special opravka or an old primary shaft of a transmission.
Note a marker or paint the provision of coupling assembled in relation to a flywheel.
Using the special tool or a screw-driver, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block it from a provorachivaniye.
Gradually on a diagonal weaken bolts of fastening of coupling assembled, turning each bolt on a half of turn until it will be terminated springs and bolts can be turned off manually.
Remove press a disk.
Remove a conducted disk of coupling together with a special opravka.
Check of a condition of a conducted disk of coupling make as follows:
Check a condition of a surface of a friction of a flywheel on lack of cracks, пригара and wear of a surface.
Check flywheel palpation, for what:

– establish on the block of cylinders of the engine an arm with the indicator of hour type so that the measuring tip of the indicator rested against a flywheel end face (fig. 8.3) ;
– establish the indicator on 0;
– turn a cranked shaft of the engine and fix the maximum and minimum values on the indicator;
– the difference between these values makes palpation of a flywheel which should be no more than 0,1 mm.
Check a condition of frictional overlays of a conducted disk of coupling and in the presence of oil traces on them or mechanical damages replace a conducted disk.
Check thickness of overlays of a conducted disk of coupling which should act over heads of rivets not less than on 0,8 mm. If their thickness of less admissible or if heads of rivets are close to a working surface, replace them or a conducted disk of coupling.

Check, that springs were not broken and on them there were no cracks. Check a condition шлицов in a nave of a disk of coupling on lack of wear (fig. 8.4) .
The conducted disk of coupling should easily and slide smoothly on shlitsa of primary shaft of a transmission. If replacement of a conducted disk of coupling is carried out, it is also necessary to replace the bearing of switching off of coupling.
Check a condition of the vyzhimny bearing. It is possible to define the faulty bearing of switching off of coupling, without removing it from the car for what at operation of the engine press a coupling pedal. If by pressing of a pedal of coupling there is a noise, means, the bearing of switching off of coupling is faulty, and it is necessary to replace it.
Check a condition of a press disk of coupling.
Check reliability of spring connection between a press disk and a coupling casing. Scratches, absence or damage of rivets are not allowed.
Check press a disk on lack of cracks, пригара and wear of a surface.
Installation of a conducted disk of coupling make as follows:

       NOTE
At installation of a new conducted or press disk of coupling remove from them anticorrosive protection.

       PREVENTION
At installation of a conducted disk watch that on its frictional slips even in insignificant quantities oil did not get. Therefore before installation by pure rags wipe a privalochny surface of a flywheel and a surface of a press disk. Establish a conducted disk clean hands.

Grease shlitsa in a nave of a conducted disk with a thin layer of special greasing on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide.

Establish a conducted disk with an aligning opravka on a flywheel so that the acting part of a nave of a disk with springs was directed outside, to a transmission (fig. 8.5) .
Establish coupling assembled, combining openings in a casing of coupling with directing pins of a flywheel. At repeated installation of earlier removed press disk of coupling check, that the labels put before removal were combined.

Gradually in the sequence shown in drawing 8.6 , tighten bolts of fastening of a casing of coupling the moment of 19 N · m.
Take an opravka from a conducted disk.
Grease a shlitsevy part of primary shaft of a transmission and directing plug of the bearing of switching off of coupling with a thin layer of special greasing on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide.
Establish the bearing of switching off of coupling.
Establish a transmission.
Establish the working cylinder of coupling.
