Removal

Removal make in the following order:

– switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery;

– tighten the parking brake and establish an emphasis under back wheels;

– lift a forward part of the car and establish on support;

– remove an antisplash guard of a motor compartment;

– merge from the engine engine oil and turn out the oil filter;

– remove the index (щуп) oil level;

– turn out bolts (fig. 3.89) and remove the oil pallet. If the oil pallet sits strongly, separate it from the block of cylinders, having inserted between them a screw-driver edge, thus do not damage privalochny surfaces of the pallet and the block of cylinders.

Installation

Firm plastic or wooden scraper clear of the remains of old hermetic privalochny surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders and clear them solvent.

Check that carving openings for bolts of fastening of the oil pallet in the block of cylinders pure and have no carving damages.

Check a flange of the oil pallet, especially about openings for bolts, on existence of defects. If necessary remove available teases or notches.

Check fastening of a maslozaborny tube and lack of cracks in it. If the maslozaborny tube acted in film, clear it and establish with a new sealing ring or laying. Check on absence of pollution the mesh filter of a maslozabornik.

Put on a privalochny surface of the oil pallet a RTV hermetic layer in diameter of 5 mm.

NOTE It is necessary to establish the oil pallet during 5 mines after hermetic drawing.

Establish the oil pallet on the block of cylinders and fix bolts, having tightened them by hand at this stage. Consistently around, in some passes, tighten bolts the moment of 9 N • m.

Further installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Before filling of engine oil wait 1 h in order that hermetic managed to harden.

Establish the new oil filter and fill in in the engine engine oil.

Start up the engine and check on absence of leaks.
