Removal

Removal make in the following order:

– switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery;

– remove a belt of a drive of hinged units;

– tighten the parking brake and block back wheels an emphasis;

– weaken nuts of fastening of the right forward wheel. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on support. Remove the right forward wheel and an antisplash guard of an arch of the right forward wheel;

– establish on a pulley / quencher of fluctuations the special adaptation fixing it from a provorachivaniye, and a face natural a big shoulder turn out the central bolt (fig. 3.85) ;

– screw the central bolt on some rounds of a carving and a stripper remove a pulley/quencher of fluctuations from a cranked shaft. Turn out the central bolt and remove a pulley / quencher of fluctuations from the car.

PREVENTION Do not use a stripper which captures are established on an external surface of a pulley / quencher of fluctuations as it will lead to its damage.

Installation

Installation make in the following order:

– manually establish as far as possible a pulley / quencher of fluctuations on a cranked shaft of the engine, thus combine a shponochny groove on a pulley with a shponka of a cranked shaft (fig. 3.86) ;

– establish on a pulley / quencher of fluctuations the special adaptation fixing it from a provorachivaniye, and a face natural a big shoulder screw the central bolt and tighten it the moment of 170 N • m.

Further installation carry out to sequences, return to removal.
