Removal
Removal of a final collector carry out on the cold engine in the following order:
– switch off ignition and disconnect a "weight" wire from the storage battery;
– tighten the parking brake and establish an emphasis under back wheels;
– lift a forward part of the car and establish on support;
– remove an antisplash guard of a motor compartment;

– put on bolts 1,2

and springs of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector the means facilitating them an otvorachivaniye. After impregnation of bolts, turn out them and separate from a collector a reception exhaust pipe, thus be careful not to damage oxygen 3 sensors;
– turn out bolts of fastening of the bottom braces of a final collector;
– disconnect electric sockets from oxygen sensors;
– from a motor compartment remove the top thermofilter of a final collector. There is also bottom thermofilter which is attached from below a final collector, and it is not required to be removed;

– turn out nuts

and bolts and, having pulled from a head of the block of cylinders, remove a final collector with laying.
Installation
Installation make in the following order:
– with a scraper remove the remains of old laying and soot deposits from privalochny surfaces of a final collector and a head of the block of cylinders;
– if the new final collector is established, it is necessary to rearrange from an old collector on the new bottom thermofilter;
– establish new laying of a final collector on a head of the block of cylinders according to inscriptions available on it and signs;
– establish a final collector and fix it nuts. Tighten nuts in some passes, since the center and further on a spiral.
Further installation carry out to sequences, return to removal.
Start up the engine and check on absence of leakages of the fulfilled gases.
